State College Distributors Contest Portal

This Sales Contest Submission Form is provided by InStride Surfaces, Inc. (“InStride Surfaces,” “Company,” “we,” or “our”) for eligible retail sales associates (“RSAs”) employed by State College Distributors.

This form is used to register qualifying sales for the State College Distributors Monthly Sales Contest and Porsche Experience Contest. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimers, and Acknowledgment & Agreement outlined below. Please review all information carefully before submission.

Terms & Conditions

Participation in the State College Distributors Sales Contests is subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Participation is limited to active retail sales associates (“RSAs”) employed by State College Distributors who are authorized to sell InStride Surfaces products during the applicable contest period.
  • Monthly Contest Periods: The Monthly Sales Contest consists of three independent contest periods:
    • Period 1: October 16, 2026 to November 15, 2026
    • Period 2: November 16, 2026 to December 15, 2026
    • Period 3: December 16, 2026, to January 15, 2027
  • Eligible Products: All InStride Surfaces products, including boxed flooring and sundries, are eligible for contest consideration.
  • Qualifying Sales: Contest rankings are determined by the total dollar value of eligible InStride Surfaces products purchased by State College Distributors and sold by each participating RSA during the applicable contest period. Sales must be accepted, recorded, and accurately attributed to the RSA in InStride Surfaces’ finalized sales records.
  • Sales Exclusions: Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, credits, cancellations, returns, and refunded amounts are excluded or deducted from qualifying sales totals. Sales may not be split, reassigned, or manipulated to influence contest results.
  • Submission Requirements: Participating RSAs must register qualifying sales through the official Sales Contest Submission Form. Only the applicable InStride Surfaces Sales Order Number (SO#) is required for sales identification. InStride Surfaces will verify submitted orders against its official sales records.
  • Submission Deadline: Sales entries must be submitted no later than the last calendar day of the contest period in which the sale is recorded. Multiple submissions are permitted for separate qualifying sales orders. Late, incomplete, or unverifiable entries may be excluded from contest consideration.
  • Monthly Cash Awards: Each contest period offers $1,200 in cash prizes, awarded to the eligible RSAs with the highest qualifying sales totals:
    • First Place: $800 cash.
    • Second Place: $400 cash.
    • Each contest period is evaluated independently, and eligible participants may receive awards in multiple periods.
  • Porsche Experience Grand Prize: The eligible RSA with the highest cumulative qualifying sales from October 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027, will receive one Porsche Experience prize at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, located at 19800 Main Street, Carson, CA 90745. The experience includes travel, lodging, meals, and other specified expenses for the winning participant, as arranged by InStride Surfaces. Scheduling, availability, and additional prize conditions apply.
  • Tie-Breaking Policy: In the event of a tie, the RSA with the highest qualifying sales during the final seven calendar days of the applicable contest period will rank higher. If the tie remains, qualifying sales during the final 30 calendar days will be used. Any remaining tie will be resolved by InStride Surfaces using a fair method.
  • Verification & Results: InStride Surfaces will verify all submitted sales, participant eligibility, and contest standings before confirming winners. Results become final following verification, subject to correction of reporting, data-entry, or calculation errors.
  • Award Distribution: Approved monthly cash awards will be distributed via ACH direct deposit or Zelle following verification of contest results. Alternative payment arrangements may be made when necessary.

Disclaimers

Please review the following important information regarding contest participation, submissions, and awards:

  • Submission of a sales entry does not guarantee contest eligibility, qualifying sales credit, or receipt of an award. All entries are subject to verification against InStride Surfaces’ official sales records.
  • Entries must be submitted by the last calendar day of the month in which the sale is recorded. Late, inaccurate, duplicate, or unverifiable submissions may be excluded from contest consideration.
  • While only the InStride Surfaces Sales Order Number (SO#) is required for submission, additional information or documentation may be requested to verify eligibility, confirm sales attribution, or resolve discrepancies.
  • Participants who violate contest terms, manipulate sales records, or interfere with fair contest administration may be disqualified.
  • Monthly cash awards are subject to verification of final contest rankings. If fewer than two eligible participants have qualifying sales during a contest period, only the applicable available placements will be awarded.
  • The Porsche Experience prize is nontransferable, has no cash alternative, and is subject to availability and applicable provider terms and eligibility requirements. Expenses not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, InStride Surfaces may offer it to the next-highest eligible participant or determine another reasonable disposition.
  • Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and other obligations associated with their awards. Awards may be subject to IRS Form 1099 reporting as required by applicable law. Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other information necessary for tax reporting.
  • InStride Surfaces reserves the right to correct errors and modify, suspend, or cancel a contest when circumstances outside its reasonable control require such action. Material changes will be communicated to participants and will not retroactively reduce awards already earned through verified results.
  • The Porsche Experience prize is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Porsche or the experience provider.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By participating in the contest and submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I am an eligible retail sales associate employed by State College Distributors and authorized to sell InStride Surfaces products during the applicable contest period.
  • I personally participated in the sale associated with the submitted Sales Order Number and have complied with applicable sales procedures and company policies.
  • I certify that the information submitted is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge and that the sale has not been improperly reassigned, divided, or manipulated for contest purposes.
  • I understand that all entries must be submitted by the applicable deadline and are subject to verification against InStride Surfaces’ official sales records.
  • I acknowledge that submission does not guarantee eligibility, qualifying sales credit, or receipt of an award, and that contest results are subject to final verification and approval by InStride Surfaces.
  • I understand that prizes and awards may be subject to applicable tax reporting requirements and that I am responsible for any resulting tax obligations.
  • I confirm that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the State College Distributors Monthly Sales Contest and Porsche Experience Official Guidelines and Terms administered by InStride Surfaces.
