Display & Sample Order Portal

This Display and Sample Order Form is intended for use by InStride Surfaces Business Partner Managers (BPMs) to request displays, samples, and related materials for approved retail partners. All submissions should be completed accurately and in alignment with partner onboarding, merchandising standards, and inventory availability. Please review all requirements carefully prior to submission.

Important:

Displays must be installed promptly upon delivery and actively used in the sales process. BPMs are responsible for ensuring proper setup and partner readiness.

Terms & Conditions

Use of this form and fulfillment of requests are subject to the following:

  • Account Approval Required: Orders may only be submitted for approved partner accounts. Display shipments will not be processed for accounts pending approval.
  • Alignment with Partner Standards: Display and sample requests must align with InStride’s merchandising and partner qualification standards, including showroom presence and account tier.
  • Inventory & Availability: All orders are subject to product availability and current inventory levels. Substitutions may be made where necessary.
  • Order Accuracy: The submitting BPM is responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate and complete, including product selections, quantities, and delivery information.
  • Fulfillment & Delivery: Orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with warehouse schedules and operational timelines.
